  1. Still from In our blood. 30 minutes, sound. 2015

At the foot of Cliftonville lies a 4-acre tidal pool, a concrete remnant of Margate’s heyday. Continually revealed and concealed it is a place where equilibrium is perpetually disturbed and restored. This space summons a community of people who remain individual in their experience. Through the film the viewer becomes a component in this dance with nature, which is orchestrated through the push and pull of the tides.

In our blood was selected under the Cross-border Cooperation Programme INTERREG IV, co-funded by the ERDF and other partners including Margate Arts, Creativity, Heritage, Arts Council England and Kent County Council.
